MasterCAM, GibbsCAM, SurfCAM, Creo (Pro/Engineer), CATIA, Unigraphics (NX), VX CAD/CAM, CamWorks, VisualMill, SDRC I-Deas, Cimatron, CADAM/MicroCADAM, Expedite, and any CAM system that outputs APT CL toolpath data.

2 to 7 axis mills, 2 to 5 axis lathes and MillTurns (lathes with live tooling), wire EDM, laser, flame, water jet cutters, punch presses, routers, and specialty machines including 7-axis mills with redundant axes and combination punch/laser machines.

Do I need programming experience?

No. If you can read and edit an NC program, you can edit a PostHASTE template. Templates look like actual NC code with bracket variables for data values.
